MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY and PROCEDURE
At iShopMarine.com we'd like to help you resolve a purchase issue as quickly and easily as possible. Provided you meet the terms and conditions listed below, you may make an exchange or return. We suggest you read the complete merchandise returns policy before you make your purchase.
When you submit an order to iShopMarine.com you are required to agree to our 'Terms and Conditions of Sale'. This 'Merchandise Return Policy' is an integral part of our 'Terms and Conditions of Sale'. Accepting our 'Terms and Conditions of Sale' indicates that you also have read, understood and agree to this 'Merchandise Return Policy'.
A. Request a 'Merchandise Return' To request a 'Merchandise Return' click on the following link. Enter the 'Last Name' and eMail Address that was indicated when the order was placed. Your order or a list of your orders will be displayed. Select the appropriate order. The order items will be displayed.
Select the item(s) on the order that you wish to 'Return'. Only items that are eligible for 'Return' will be available for selection. Please provide the reason for the 'Return' and indicate if you are requesting a 'Replacement, an 'Exchange' or a 'Credit'.
A 'Return Request' will be submitted to iShopMarine.com and upon review and acceptance, a 'Return Authorization' will be sent via eMail to the eMail address indicated on the order.

B. View Return Request Status Online Allow approximately 48 hours to receive your 'Return Authorization'. Click the following link to view the status of your 'Return Request' and if approved, obtain your 'Return Authorization Number'.

C. Record 'Return Shipment' Delivery Service Tracking Information iShopMarine.com strongly recommends that 'Return Shipments' are made utilizing 'Trackable' delivery services. It is not necessary to require a 'Signature Confirmation' as this may delay the processing of your return. iShopMarine.com will accept tracking information from UPS, Fedex and the US Postal Service as proof of delivery.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
1. A Return Authorization (RTN) Number is Required
All 'Merchandise Returns' require a Return Authorization (RTN) Number. Return Authorization(RTN) Numbers are requested as described in section 'A' above.
iShopMarine.com does not accept 'Merchandise Returns' without a Return Authorization (RTN) Number.
'Merchandise Returns' tendered to iShopMarine.com without the RTN number displayed on the shipping label or on the outside of the package will be refused or re-shipped to the customer at the customer's expense. There are no exceptions to this policy.
2. After 30 Days All Sales are Final A 'Return Request' must be submitted to iShopMarine.com within 30 days of the original invoice or shipping notification date. Thereafter, all sales are final.
3. Return Authorizations are Valid for Twenty (20) Calendar Days
Approved 'Merchandise Returns' must be received by iShopMarine.com within twenty (20) calendar days of the Return Authorization (RTN) issue date. 'Product Returns' received more than twenty (20) calendar days after the RTN issue date may be refused or re-shipped to the customer at the customer's expense.
4. All Merchandise Must Be Returned in 'As New' Condition All 'Merchandise Returns' must be received by iShopMarine.com in 'As New' condition in the original, undamaged packaging and include all labels, bar codes, accessories, blank warranty cards (if any) and any user manuals or instructions.
Merchandise that has been installed or used cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
'Merchandise Returns' that iShopMarine.com determines do not conform to these return requirements will be re-shipped to the customer at the customer's expense. Determination of the compliance of returned products to the above stated specification is at the sole discretion of iShopMarine.com.
5. Electronic and Electrical Products are Not Returnable Consistent with 'Standard Industry Practices' and to protect customers from receiving products with internal defects or damage, all sales of Electronic and Electrical Products are final.
5a. Electrical or Electronic Products Claimed to be Defective Electrical or Electronic products that are claimed to be defective, may be returned for 'exact replacement only' within 30 days of the original invoice or shipping notification date. Thereafter, defective electronic or electrical items must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Electrical or Electronic items that are claimed to be defective, may be 'conditionally accepted' pending evaluation by iShopMarine.com, the product distributor or manufacturer. 'Product Returns' not verified as defective or that are determined to be damaged by use or installation will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
The price of any 'Replacement Product(s)' plus a nominal delivery service charge will be charged to the customer pending approval of a credit for the product claimed to be defective. Credits for 'Defective Products' may take up to 30 calendar days to process.
Some manufacturer warrantees require that electronic or electrical products that are claimed to be defective must be verified by a certified manufacturer's technical representative and returned by the customer directly to the supplier or manufacturer.
6. Original Delivery Service and/or Order Processing Charges are Not Refundable Original delivery service and/or order processing charges are not refundable regardless of the reason for the return unless authorized in writing by iShopMarine.com.
7. 'Merchandise Return' Delivery Service Charges are Not Refundable 'Merchandise Returns' are to be shipped to iShopMarine.com prepaid by the customer. Return delivery charges are not refundable regardless of the reason for the return unless pre-authorized in writing by iShopMarine.com.
8. 'Merchandise Return' Packages That Arrive in Visibly Damaged Condition Will Not Be Accepted 'Merchandise Return' packages that arrive in visibly damaged condition regardless of whether or not a 'Return Authorization' was issued and appears on the package will not be accepted. The customer assumes the responsibility for the safe arrival of all 'Merchandise Returns' at iShopMarine.com. Damaged packages will be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
9. 'Merchandise Returns' Should Be Shipped with Appropriate Insurance Coverage 'Merchandise Returns' should be shipped by the customer with insurance coverage equal to the original purchase price of the products. iShopMarine.com is not responsible for 'Merchandise Returns' lost or damaged during shipment.
10. Products That Are Not Returnable Products represented as 'Vintage Parts', 'Shop Tools', related 'Service Aids' and 'Special Order' items are not returnable, all sales of these products are final.
11. Re-Stocking Charges
11a. Returns for Replacement and/or Exchange Re-stocking charges will not be charged for 'Merchandise Returns' replaced or exchanged with merchandise of equal or greater value.
When replacing or exchanging an item, you will be sent a replacement or exchange item and a new tracking number once iShopMarine.com receives, approves and processes the returned product. Shipping and processing charges will apply.
To expedite replacements or exchanges, the customer may request that iShopMarine.com send a replacement or exchange item prior to the receipt of the returned product. In this case, iShopMarine.com will charge your account with the value of the new item plus shipping and order processing charges. You will receive credit for the returned product(s) upon receipt and approval per the terms of 'Crediting Your Account' below.
11b. Returns for Credit A re-stocking charge equal to 20% of the invoice price or a $10.00 minimum, whichever is greater, will be charged for 'Merchandise Returns' that were correctly supplied by iShopMarine.com. You will receive credit for the returned product(s) upon receipt and approval per the terms of 'Crediting Your Account' below.
12. Merchandise that is Claimed to be Defective 'Merchandise Returns' that are claimed to be defective may be 'conditionally returned' pending evaluation by iShopMarine.com, the product distributor or manufacturer. 'Merchandise Returns' not verified as defective will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Upon verification of a defective product, iShopMarine.com will credit the customer's account with the price of the product and the value of the original shipping and order processing charges. Credits for 'Defective Products' may take up to 30 calendar days to process.
13. Merchandise that is Incorrectly Supplied Incorrectly supplied merchandise must be returned to iShopMarine.com upon request.
iShopMarine.com will credit the customer's account with the price of the product, the value of the original shipping and order processing charges and any return delivery service charges as pre-approved by iShopMarine.com.
14. Final Approval of All 'Merchandise Returns' is at the Sole Discretion of iShopMarine.com

16. Crediting Your Account Credit will be issued within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your 'Merchandise Return'. Credit for products that are claimed to be defective may take up to thirty (30) business days depending on verification requirements.
All refunds for credit will be issued to the credit card account that appears on the original order. Delivery service fees and associated processing charges are not refundable. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days from the date we issue the credit to post it to your account. Questions regarding this should be directed to your financial institution.
When returning a product paid for by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you within Twenty-One (21) business days from the time we receive your return.
17. Changes in Return Policies iShopMarine.com reserves the right to make changes in these return policies. In the event of a change in policy, the Return Policies in affect at the time of the submission of a 'Return Request' will prevail.
18. Date of Record This 'Merchandise Return Policy' is effective as of January 1, 2009 and replaces all previous versions of iShopMarine.com's 'Merchandise Return Policy'.
